Create teams, manage member roles, authorize models, and transfer ownership

Teams are Clouisle's resource isolation boundary. Team member roles are owner, administrator, member, and viewer.

Create & Switch Teams

  1. Navigate to Teams > Create team.
  2. Fill in the name and the optional description and avatar.
  3. After creating, select it from the team switcher in the workspace.
  4. Confirm the current team when creating new Agents, workflows, and knowledge bases.

Add Members & Roles

A team administrator selects Add member, searches for a user, and assigns a role. Roles:

RolePrimary responsibilities
OwnerFull team control, ownership transfer
AdministratorManage members, model authorization, and team resources
MemberCreate and use resources per permissions
ViewerRead-only access to accessible resources

Fine-grained operations are still controlled by permission codes. Role changes generate notifications and audit records.

Model Authorization

In Model authorization on the team details page, select global models and set Token/request quotas, enabled status, and priority. See Manage team models.

Remove, Leave & Transfer

  • Removing a member immediately revokes their access to team resources.
  • An owner cannot be removed, nor can they leave the team directly.
  • Transferring ownership strips the previous owner of owner permissions; confirm the target member before proceeding.
  • The default team cannot be deleted.
